To ensure a smooth process, we recommend that you sell or request physical delivery of your gold at the earliest.

Please note that as we transition with a new Gold partner, Islamicly will not be responsible for any Gold purchases made through SafeGold from 14th October 2025 onwards.

Once your gold is sold, the amount will be credited to your provided bank account within 3 working days.

Don’t wish to sell? Get your gold delivered.

You can also request physical delivery of your gold directly from your SafeGold account.
Please note that delivery fees may apply.*

Important note

As Islamicly part ways with SafeGold, any future Gold purchases from SafeGold might not be Shariah Compliant and Islamicly does not certify it as compliant.

We encourage you to offload your Gold Holdings at the earliest to stay aligned with Islamicly’s Shariah standards.

As we move to a new partner, Islamicly will no longer handle transactions made through SafeGold.

No. All gold held in your SafeGold account must be sold only through the SafeGold platform.

Yes, you can choose home delivery of your gold through SafeGold’s trusted delivery partners. Simply log in to your SafeGold account using your Islamicly mobile number, check delivery availability for your location, and place a delivery request.

You can sell your gold on SafeGold in 5 simple steps:
  • 1. Visit the SafeGold website and log in with your Islamicly mobile number.
  • 2. Go to Gold Withdrawal → Cashout.
  • 3. Select the amount or grams of gold you want to sell.
  • 4. Add and verify your bank account and PAN.
  • 5. Verify your mobile number with OTP, and your sale will be placed. You can then view your invoice and transaction details in the history section.

It usually takes up to 3 working days for the amount to be credited to your registered bank account.

Any gold purchased through SafeGold directly (outside Islamicly) or after 14th October 2025 may not be Shariah-compliant. Islamicly does not certify such purchases as Shariah-compliant.
